Kelas 7 adalah awal pendidikan yang ada di tingkat pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Di kelas 7 siswa akan dibimbing dengan pendekatan agamis untuk pembentukan akhlaqul karimah sesuai misi pendidikan di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Tegal.
