Assalamu'alaikum
Sebagai anggota komunitas, baik itu dalam skala kecil seperti pertemanan, keluarga atau secara umum sebagai anggota masyarakat sikap lemah-lembut akan memberikan efek yang besar bagi solidnya sebuah hubungan sosial. Kita bisa memberikan saran dan contoh perbuatan jika melihat sesuatu yang tidak sesuai dengan norma dan aturan yang biasa berjalan di kelompok tersebut.
Jika harus memperingatkan, tindakan memperingatkan pun ada kaidah yang harus diperhatikan. Seperti tidak memperingatkan seseorang di depan umum, memperingatkan di depan umum bukan saja akan mempermalukan pelaku tetapi juga yang tidak akan sampai pada kesadaran yang bersangkutan untuk memperbaiki. Tindakan ini jelas akan kontra produktif, yang mungkin akan memunculkan perasaan marah, kecewa atau benci dengan yang memperingatkan.
Semoga kita semua tetap menjadi bagian dari kelompok yang mencintai dan dicintai anggota kelompok lain.
